Hello! My name is Kylah and I can’t wait to assist you on your journey to more creative, inventive teaching. My education and experiential background prod me to this endeavor. I earned my bachelors’ degree in education from Baylor University and went on to receive my master’s degree in theology before obtaining my doctorate from Texas A&M in curriculum and instruction. I have been working as an educator for the past 20 years.
This blog gives me the opportunity to preach what I practice. I have taught in elementary, university, public, private, formal, informal, domestic, and international settings. I have a range of inventive teaching experiences and can’t wait to help you become a more inventive educator!
When I’m not teaching, I enjoy jogging with my dog Maggie, baking, and making glass art. I love being part of my local church family. My favorite thing of all is doing life with my two awesome kids, my amazing husband, and my rock-star parents!
